Devnet and dashboard
In short: Frank runs on a private copy of Robinhood Chain with play money. You can watch it live on the dashboard.
Frank is live at askfrank.click, running on a devnet: a private fork of Robinhood Chain with test balances only. No real money is involved.

- One AWS box, reachable only through a Cloudflare tunnel
Why a fork
Forking mainnet means the real ORBIO, USDG and staking contracts exist on the devnet, so Frank can be exercised against realistic tokens without touching real balances. Chain state is saved between restarts, and the clock is kept ticking so time-based rules behave.
How it's hosted
The box has no public IP and no inbound rules. The only way in is the Cloudflare tunnel, which dials out. Admin access is through AWS Session Manager, not SSH. Secrets are stored encrypted on the box.

Roadmap
The main open work, roughly in order:
- Route message revenue into the treasury. Today USDG for credits sits in the collector wallet; it should reach the treasury and split into an operating reserve and backing.
- Run the compute loop for real. It's built: staking earns CREDIT, which pays for Frank's thinking through its Orbio account. It still has to run end to end with real funds on a real chain.
- Fix the security findings before any real-money deployment. See Security.
- Add real asset admission and a second real backing asset, with price feeds and valuation review.
